Manual @ Ballard (My first football/sporting event for the Courier-Journal)

So this game has a bit of an interesting story behind it.

This past year, after helping assist the Ballard sports portrait photographer, Tony Guffy, for several years, I was handed over his job as the new sports portrait photographer. In the past year or so Tony had developed cancer and decided he had done the portraits at Ballard long enough and retired. Being that I do a lot of work for Ballard I try to make as many games as I can. I sell photos to them on the side and help out the yearbook with action shots. However prior to getting hired by Ballard or the Courier-Journal, i spent much time taking photos at Ballard football games in order to stay fresh and get portfolio shots.

I was quite bummed for Lutman but also very happy because i had not yet been given the opportunity to cover sports or football for the Courier-Journal yet. Below are the photos i transmitted night!
